Then fold it in half again, side to side, until you have what looks like a card.<br>Find a pen, or a pencil, or a marker, or a crayon, and write yourself a thank you card. Fill it with all the things you wrote about in your journaling.<br>Now, stand it up on your nightstand, or your dresser top, or your bathroom counter&#8230; somewhere you will see it every day.
